Robinson 292: "The great example of how effective [the] nationalization of internationalization of the national banks could be was the takeover of the Bank of England by the British Treasury during the Second World War. Britain had commandeered the Bank of England to properly guide capital where it was needed to win the war. The same could be done again with climate change, if the relevant legislatures felt it was necessary."
Robinson also shrewdly notes that "central banks would fail in their principal tasks if they did not save the civilization that had charged them with those tasks"
