And what they interact with is other things in a social lifeworld, which frames and grounds their filed of potential activity. For something to be apprehensible by a human being 'as' anything at all, to have any kind of social effect, it must be 'in' the social. This means that it is not witholding itself fully from comparison, relation, or activity. If it did, you simply could not interact with it; you would not be able to see it or notice it at all."
